Do you sense there is more to singing than technique and dramatic interpretation? Yes, those areas are fundamentally necessary for singers.

Additionally, imagine a way of approaching sound in which you mentally, viscerally, and emotionally express the music. Utilizing all of your anatomy with complete awareness of your emotional, physical, mental, and cellular tools. Do you wish you could unlock your own personal technology—one that already exists within you?

Both the chaos and possibilities of our times call us as singers to embody sound with the fullness of ourselves. Not as machines. As humans.

Are you tired of feeling shame and dream of experiencing the power on the other side of it? What if you could explore where emotions live in the body and how to open these somatic spaces? How might these shifts transform your singing?

I have studied intensely over the past few decades—both traditional requirements as a professional opera singer as well as what I now call Transformational Voice—because I needed a path forward as an artist that addressed ALL of who I am.  What I have discovered is alchemy. Underneath the trauma is wholeness, and a whole world of creative possibility emerges when wholeness and trauma alchemize.

These are not pretty words. This is daily work I’ve done within the body. The physical impact of trauma on singing is real, as is the potential greatness of one’s voice that comes from alchemizing. Neuroplasticity in the brain is now a recognized reality. I would suggest it is also in every cell of the body.

If you have technical issues that traditional approaches haven’t solved, perhaps your inner self is asking for more. Not less. I invite you to schedule a session.
